Who are we?
We are a small company that has grown rapidly over the last 10 years. Today, we have surf camps in 9 different destinations around the world, giving 10 000 guests every year an unforgettable experience. And, to us, it is all about the good times. We love surfing and we live surfing every day of the year. The genuine environment around it. The memories created by it. The evolved passion for it. The friendships arising from it. At Lapoint, you will get outstanding work-life balance with flexible work hours, and you are also free to work from anywhere with WIFI (European time zones are preferable) as long as you deliver on your tasks and goals. The job is a 100% - 50% position from August 2023 to January 2024, with a possibility of extension. You will be a part of the sales team, and report to the CRO.
And who are you?
We are looking for a network driven and outgoing person, experiences in outbound sales and organizing university trips, corporate events, sport events or similar will be an advantage for your role in the team. You are well organized, can work independently and are goal oriented.
You understand sales and communication, and can easily work together with the rest of the sales team and campaigns.
You will be working closely with our customer care team to make sure requests are taken care of as well as researching new potential markets and profiles suitable for Lapoint Surf Camps.
On a daily basis you will handle group trips to Portugal, lead searching, follow up important key accounts. You are a good project manager and are able to monitor results, analyze and adapt the plan going forward independently.
If you also have a great understanding for marketing and sales opportunities in general, are self-motivated and love to work in an international, high-paced environment you’ll be perfect for the role.
Responsibilities
Work with groups range of 8 - 100 guests per group
Analyze performance and take action on insights
Set up reports in Google and FreshSales
Collaborate with colleagues in the sales team and external partners
Project management of several groups
Work together with our writers and content creators to plan marketing campaigns for groups
Report on KPIs and share your knowledge of new opportunities to reach goals
Staying up-to-date with the latest travel trends in the group segment
Skills & requirements
Experience from call center or sales role will be an advantage
Great communication skills and outgoing
Performance mindset and curious by heart
Highly organized with good project management skills
Experienced in different CRMs
Driven, self-motivated, responsible and enjoy working in a high-paced environment
Fluent in English and preferably one other European language
